Professional athletes use their bodies to earn a living. Soldiers are professional athletes. Your paycheck not only depends upon your fitness, but so too does your combat performance and survivability.

1) Operator Sessions - These are our most elite, advanced and intense training sessions designed for special forces operators and others who aspire to that level of fitness. Access to these daily sessions, and their archives require a $25/month subscription. Click on the "Operator Sessions" button and you'll receive payment prompts.
The Operator Sessions are our are answer for the day to day, week to week fitness needs for military and tactical athletes. The sessions are programmed and periodized to build the athlete's
Base Fitness to a high level of strength, work capacity, stamina and durability. We do these sessions before we publish them - so they are tested for efficency and effectiveness.
Finally, these sessions address the "burden of constant fitness" miliary and tactical athletes carry. We understand that you can never really afford to be out of shape, but the constant need to train can lead to boredom and staleness. The Operator Sessions will not only raise your base fitness to the level demanded by your work, but will also provide the challenge and variety to keep you interested and engaged in your own training.

2) Programs available through the website store
We offer several training programs for purchase through our website store. Most of these programs have a "sport specific" or "mission specific" focus such as maxing the APFT,preparing for Ranger School, or building muscle mass.
Other programs have a fitness focus such as strength, work capacity or stamina.
In general, we would prefer athletes do the Operator Sessions, until the weeks before their mission/event, then drop out of the Operator Sessions and complete one of the sport specific training plans available through the website store directly before their event.
